Stop having a voice for I cannot bear your opinion.
It's true we have a responsibility to voice our concerns when something seems wrong. especially sense we're paying for it, but at the same time, let's try to keep in mind that they are real people and don't exactly deserve an explosion of ire for overpricing their junk.
Calm but firm. Shows you have a good mental grasp of things, prevents defensive reactions and spite fueled results.
Complaining for double charges, non service black outs , and hacking is complaining. Customers like to provide what is called FEEDBACK to help improve the game. Feedback is both positive and negative in a more professional / educated manner. SE provides a product, based on feed back they can try to adjust and be more customer friendly. However their is such as thing as spoiled brats/trolls in this game who really just need to stop/
