Reporting Issues Resulting from the North American Data Center Relocation

I'm aware that being an EU playing I might not have any right to complain, but I would rather not having to move if possible, thank you.

- Ping has increased from average of 32 pre movement to now 106. It is difficult to play certain classes to their maximum potential due to off global cooldowns clipping in between global cooldowns. Dragoon having been my main is very discouraging to play because there is now a delay between the optimal double weavings. Playing machinist, which is a secondary is also discouraging to play due to the way the class plays in having to use double weave to maximize the potential of Wildfire.

Pretty big increase on ping. I am a 20 minute drive from Montreal and my ping used to be 5-8 ms. Now it is up to 120-130.

Frequency: Honestly the overall increase in ping is affecting my ability to raid. This will take time to adjust to, but to get a 100+ increase is ridiculous. This is affecting rotations and just doing content.

Type of Issue/Feedback: Aside from the obvious rise in ping (68 before 102 now), the game starts to lag every now and then. Before, I experienced lag when there was problems with my isp or with the server. Now for two days in a row I started to experience some bad lag at intervals during Palace of the Dead runs and while walking in Ul'da.

- Ping has increased from around ~50 to 120+. Double Weaving causes clipping 95% of the time, which puts a huge damper on fluidity. Game is still playable, it's just sluggish. Moving the servers to California didn't fix the issue, it reversed it and actually increased latency for the majority of players in the US, even more so for those outside.

Frequency: 90k at least a few times a day (1-5?), low FPS (from around60 to 20ish) about every zone and my PING has gone from 40ms to 176ms AVG - no packet loss
Traceroute records: 1 time out and after visiting Amsterdam ping gone up from 7 to 176ms AVG with max 186.

NINJA: my ninjutsu is rather weird since the migration. even though i have the symbol of HUTON, when i press it, i SEE + HEAR thunder or even sometimes a combination of shiruken, thunder and the final product. a.k.a. a complete mess of animation.

not sure why my FPS has dropped like a rock but this would explain why i cannot double weave anymore, let alone sometimes single weave =( please fix this! <3 we know u guys can!:o

PS. i have been on Sargatanas from the start of 1.0 so asking me to move to a EU server is like asking me to play a different game, got my friends here, my house (which i have to give up) and my money (which i have to convert to items/currency then....). Its been always Excellent (1.0 or 2.0) so far until now. Please make this work, it sucks this way :(
