entered the codes, got the mount and the outfit, but did not get the tickets and the staff, anyone else have this issue?

I love how they say to give it 1-3 business days to clear...as the minute I place the order, the money disappears from my account. :v
If you speak with customer service though, they can maybe help you. Especially if its for like a time card, since you can usually tell if those have been used or not.
