WoW's basic CC is more due to its age than anything. But again, GW2 and WildStar both prove that you can have very detailed graphics/armors, a wide variety of races, huge customization, and a thorough costume and dye system. NY: Just to clarify, the ability to traverse seamlessly within large areas is something that was aleady possible. We just wanted to have dynamic changes in the scenery, which is why we included some of those loading screens. It’s not completely related to technical specs.

Now I don't know anything about this technically. But could the part about "Memory Size" and the "how many assets we can show on your screen at the same time" have an impact if there could be a possibility if they wanted to to make it able for more character costumizations?
Honest question since I dunno how that kind of things work. -

Since "everyone" is talking about new races I'm gonna put this one up there again.
I still hope that now without the PS3 limitation we will someday see more character costumization options.
Not just for Au Ra, but for all of them. This topic just simply focus on this one since it was a big topic back in HW. -

Alot of people have complained about how everyone basicly looks the same and that people meet twins here and there.
And with the horns being such a big part of the Au Ra they could need an update to make them more unique to each others.
I know that adding more costumization to any race would require (unless deciding not to) old NPC models to be updated aswell, and that might be too much for them to care about. -

Personally, I want more horns. I've just about exhausted almost every option Au Ra has to offer. More tail options would be nice as well.

Twould be a nice change. I like my alt's old female Au ra look more, but the oversized mandible horns sticking out from the sides are too much. I prefer the thin backwards horns or forward ones. Wish the devs could look into this issue with the Au ra.

We're technically still operating for PS4 but with some options available for higher hardware. So that baseline must still be met. That said, this was said when the ceiling was the PS4. Au Ra having changeable horns has been asked for for years now. And given how things are like, odds are we won't see that happen until way later, if at all.
