I would love this! My old FC (from 1.0) has divided, merged, and divided again many times over the years, for various reasons. Most of us are still friends, but our new FCs just have slightly different goals. Especially now with FC houses so difficult to come by, FC mergers seem to be more rare than they used to be because FC leaders are reluctant to give up their land in order to merge with another FC. Alliances would bring the community closer together.

I'm happy that some people understand that implementing FC alliances would only improve shared experiences and future friendships. I hope we see this system in the "Near" future.

It sounds like Free Company alliances would definetly be a good thing for the different FCs you mentioned. I really hope we can get this soon.

That's pretty much what happened. I was so excited when they announced FC alliances coming in a future patch, then right before the patch, they said it was going to be pushed back to the next patch. So the next patch comes and they said it would be pushed back again. Then next patch comes and no word on it. It was never mentioned again and faded into memory...

That's why this thread was created. I'm one of just several people in Free Companies that would like to use something like this if we were given the chance.
That's also why I'd like to spread the word about this thread so people can show the Devs that we want this.

I've been having a nice chat with Kloe Fluffypaws in her thread found here. It would seem that we are both looking for something similar in game.
Hopefully the Devs or community team will read this and respond.

I know it's been a little while since a post was made in this thread, but I have noted that numerous times, people have asked and we've gotten no response from anyone on the community team or dev team. I, amount many other people, would appreciate it if someone raised the topic in some sort of meeting and gave us an answer.
