I'd use Oracle/Mystic/Ying Yang Mage as a base, on the condition the healer can switch between a healing aspect and offensive aspect. I'd also look at Revelation Online's Occultist/Necromancer/Life & Death Mage for inspiration (basically a mage that uses dark magic but gets a stance that changes all its dark-aspected attack spells into light-aspected healing/buff spells). Here's a vid someone made with translated skill names. Just replace the poleaxe with a scythe.
A dark healer class would be nice and all, but I'm also in favor of simply having darker outfits for healers. Kind of depressing that almost every outfit that comes out for healers is light colored when your personal aesthetic is darker... (I'm looking at you, 24man raids.)
Something that involves self sacrifice (aside from MP lol), deals with voidsent, perhaps BDSM aesthetics like chains and whips.
Or evil fairies, bound to a Scholar's will, that use offensive magic/debuffing magic... because fairies aren't quite lovely in old folklore- they're as bad as demons.
Vampire needs to happen.
I already consider SCH to be a dark healer. At least my SCH is anyway :p
However, I do like the idea of draining the health of your foes to heal your allies. Just not quite sure how that would fit in this game when in the hands of players.
What kind of self sacrifice are you imagining? WHM can, story-wise, already cast from HP, but it's extremely ill-advised. I'm assuming most jobs can actually do this in some fashion like Moenbryda. Dealing with voidsent sounds like a hilariously bad idea that would get you hunted by everyone with any amount of sense. What would we even gain from this? Voidsent haven't been shown to have any powers that we ourselves aren't capable of. They're bound by the same rules we are, assuming we're on the same power level of course.
As for your fairies idea, they'd have to develop completely new lore, because implementing that currently would mean your character is essentially a slave owner. Lily isn't some sort of spirit we've bound to our will. She was a living person who's actually working with us. She's shown she has her own, separate, mind when she defends Surito Carito.
