Until they make housing available to all their subscribers, they need that timer to open the plots back up. This bug however needs to get squashed as it's affecting players that have actively entered the house before the timer has reached its end and still lost the house. There was a bug report submitted just the other day by another player affected by this (unfortunately not accepted because it wasn't in the inconvenient bug form submission layout), so it appears to be an ongoing issue.

LOL it's ok. You would be impressed to see how many people only pay a subscription to RP on Balmung. Not even to play the game, or to keep a house. Just to RP. I think a sub to keep a house is pretty valid.

This demolition notice happened with my private house since i mostly use my fc house and have my private one for gardening etc and rarely enter inside. The moment i went inside, i got a message/announcement that the demolition procedure has been cancelled. So i can confirm that the only thing you need to do is enter physically into your house to stop the demolition.

As a precaution try to enter your house once per week or so to avoid things like this happening.
