In what galaxy are you from to say the Rem Rem is a Ecchi Anime character?

Again this request is part of the request for better character body customisation. Nipples along with buttons are features totally censored or excluded during the development. Is this a Japanese cultural thing? And if this is something is illegal or not appropriate in Japan why can't they simply implement it in the non Japanese servers only? The bodies look absolutely weird. The chest area also look no further weird. I don't want oversexualised character but this body censorship looks plain weird.

Nah it's not censorship by any means. It's more of preference.
You'll barely see nipples on men in Japanese anime, manga etc. It seems that they just find it unattractive or not ideal.
Still, males in this game actually have nipples, but it's just barely noticeable.
