Primal Data Centre: Can't connect to any server

Same here, I cannot even get to character select screen.

Server: Excalibur
Data Center: Primal
Provider: Comcast
Location: South FL

Issue Started at 12:30AM ET

I am also having difficulties. Attempting to log in on ps4, onto Diabolos server 10105's and just got in and red lined to 900xish.

Same, i'm attempting to log in on ps4 (character is on Behemoth server) and it just says Lobby connection error

I was actually not in a Heavensward area when I got booted, although I had just finished a PotD run.

I can log in to other data centers now, still cannot log into Primal, 2002 error.

I can log into other Data Centers, but not Primal. Is SE ever going to address this? No twitter announcement or anything. At this point, I think it would be fair to expect compensation of some sort.

And no,, according to the ToS you agreed to when you bought the game, you shouldn't expect anything. Any compensation they give would be out of courtesy,, not obligation.

So are they planning to do anything about this?

No, they're just gonna sit on their hands all day -_-

They're probably ALREADY working on it, the problem is that it's not directly an SE problem, it's an internet infrastructure one.

I am having this issue to only its with my characters on Excalibur my main server it wont let me connect at all i jump to alts i made on 2 other servers and it connects fine.
