Ok its about time we start figuring some of these things out NOW!

I just hope these Demicrystals can come from any of the newly-desynthesizable weapons / tools.

IF we can get them from crafting / gathering off-hand tools then it should be easy to get them.
I have BSM at 186, GSM at 216, and LTW at 220. But sitting on a good supply of crafting tokens and capped centurio seals waiting for continue my desynth as soon as we get in.

I will also be trying PvP weapons, although I don't have many PvP tokens right now, so it will have to wait a while.

If primal weapons are necessary it will be a tough hurdle because of higher IL and difficulty to get them.
If Normal sophia drops weapons or weapon mats, it will be easier though.
I wonder if Bismark weapons will also give them?

Unfortunately I have none of these weapons in stock. I just have Anima Weapons...which can't be desynthed (and wouldn't do it anyway)

I hope that the BiS EX or RaV EX can get the crystals. Still if it's just the upper tier items it's going to be a pain. We will see!

I'm just not convinced that the wording on the demicrystals is the same as on the old demimateria. The old ones always referred to them being crystallized spiritbond energies transferred to them by their maker during the crafting process. This does not say that at all: "Aetherial residue seeped forth from spiritbound weapons." It almost sounds as if they will randomly drop from battles fought with a spiritbound weapon and not be a desynth product at all. That could actually be kind of neat...depending on drop rate and if it drops from all weapons or only high-level ones. Could be an interesting way for low-level players to make some money too. What do you guys think?

Yeah, I'm glad I switched back to BSM. That's doing well for me, along with WVR. Kinda wish I replaced ARM with CRP though. Not too many doing that. Side note..the Gilgamesh market is so different from back on Sargatanas. Man...
