Apartment Preview

Does anyone know if apartments are going to be any bigger than FC rooms?

Somewhat surprised we haven't seen the interior yet. Hope it's a lot more than an inn room or FC room.

Huh I could have sworn a while back they said those of us who own a house could not own an apartment.

Same here. If it's the same size I will just get a FC room. Cheaper. :P Also hope we can have a small fish tank in FC rooms. Finally a small use for my fisher.

Well the big advantage of an Apartment so far is the Chocobo Stable. Whether or not they'll add gardening at some point remains to be seen. If the apartments are limited to 92 per unit I'm somewhat surprised they're letting home owners buy any.

Taken from the OP's link. So yeah, you can have in an FC room as well. It's furniture, they've not really restricted furniture from houses and rooms yet.

Another advantage is: In an FC house, you can get kicked out of the FC, and all inside the room goes into the blender. They are actually letting those who CBA to watch for their estate get off easy, with the returning of stuff.....

I hope those that still haven't had a chance to get any form of home are able to do so this time round!! GL to all :)

Apartments hopefully will be more then 1 room.... (a box is not creative or impressive ^^)

Do we not have enough restrictions regarding furniture as is?
Please increase item limit asap and remove these silly restrictions. Its getting very old. ty O.o

SE should make apartments account wide.
You can only buy one apartment per account.
All your characters on that server can access the apartment.
New apartments in different areas can be bought but you lose the original apartment.

This will keep the supply and demand in check and stop players from buying an apartment for multiple characters, so more people have a shot at having an apartment.

I'm personally giving up my house IF I manage to snag an apartment. Give up as in no I'm not charging someone for me to give up the deed for them. My house is a medium and generally too big for me anyway.

Of course there's the issue of having to move my furniture so... yeah...
