I think they should add synonyms for all emotes too.
For example, both /laugh and /lol emote to /laugh.
/yes and /nod emote to /yes
etc.

i would like some "duo emote"

example :

you target a friend you select the duo emote "hug" the other person receive an interaction icon and she accepts or not. we could kiss, check hands, carry smeone on the back, on a shoulder (roegadyn with lalafell), dance together, etc

i would like too :

- /hurray
- /sit 1 2 3 4 5
- /dance 1 2 3 4 5
- /sleep
- /birthday
- /clean our gears
- /drank

etc..... emotes are fun and add some life everywhere :D

True but its the small details of the text that's coming out, and also it would be kinda handy to be able to type synonyms for all emotes. As Nakiamiie has already said.^^

I also don't like the text that comes out for /upset "Solus Sylvari stares at Sparkle pants in disgust"... I'm upset not disgusted... So it would be nice for that to be corrected and a /disgust emote to be added.

I would really love to be able to do different dances and as I have already said, the Roedagyn dance is really pathetic.

I'm really loving the ideas people are coming up with and I really hope to see a lot of them added to the game and many more suggested.

I actually noticed that recently as well. lol

I think the Lalafell have been given the best dance so far.

It's like someone died and I'm doing a mourning dance.

Some sort of preemptive battle stance/chant/something would be interesting.

Emotes are a lot of fun in FFXIV... I'd love to see more, including some of the ones that didn't make it from XI.
