Not sure what they mean either. Neither pets or turrets are effected by player buffs, or skill/spell speed. Both are effected by Pots. Same same.
I really like how MCH plays with mobility and OGCD skills. At 60 it feels very fluid. Lvl 70 changes that would make it interesting Stat wise would be nice.
BRD - plz just fix WM + BL. It is so counter intuitive. Make the BL procs stack up to 3 or something and then fire simultaneously. Or like having 3 stacks makes all skills instant cast would be interesting.
I just started again and made a bard. Didnt realize they turn into a standing still caster... Makes me want to not even continue. Plz tell me its not that bad :/
Coming in 4.0 - Now bards range is cut to melee range also! Auto attacks are done by swinging their bow like a bat.
But seriously, if i wanted a freaking cast time id have played a caster.
This is so awesome, but... https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_c...&v=rDbqz_07dW4
And yeah the transition between playstyles that occur as soon as you get WM is super-jarring. The playstyle changes in HW with other classes at least keep the basic mechanics intact throughout the experience, but with Bard in particular, you go from a class that gives you a lot of leeway in timing your skills and motion to an awkward method of waiting for cast bars to fill up. It not only strikes me as unfun, but very bad design on the dev's part.
Am I the only one who finds it hilarious that BRD and MCH only think to aim at level 52..
I was one of the people who said that...while I played Archer/Bard. The class was effectively braindead until WM at level 52, and it brought out a LOT of bad players, similar to how DRG does. However with the addition of WM and the necessity of it to be on while in endgame content, it has significantly cut down on the amount of bad players. You'll still see bad players, but not a whole lot of them anymore. I'm actually thankful for it and I will do anything to avoid seeing the influx of bad BRDs again. There's a reason why people dreaded a BRD in the party before Heavensward, I'd rather not go back to those dark days.
Some players are just bad at the game, I'm not great myself, I know several others who aren't great either.
Not every class needs to be hard, it's fine for some classes to be easy to play. The skill ceiling being a bit lower than harder classes is a price I'm sure many would be willing to pay.
E: Wait, how does making the job harder reduce the amount of bad players?
