Constant lag freezes, DCs and bad customer support.

Also, the main issue in this thread has less to do with disconnections from the game, and more to do with freezes that happen every 15 minutes or so. If you aren't experiencing any freezing, then you have a different issue.

Anyways, I downloaded WTFast and have been using it to run the game this weekend. No freezes ever since. It's got a 14-day free trial so I recommend everyone who is having these freezes to check it out. Hopefully after those 14 days, the problem will be gone and there won't be any more freezes. If not, well... I guess you'll either have to add $5 to your bill every month for WTFast, deal with the freezes, or straight out quit. .__.

i wouldnt say i freeze but sometimes ill get some major lag before it disconnects me. or actually just now before it DC'd, it wouldnt let me move, push any button or anything before. then it says something about the launcher version and wont open the game at all. idk.

Omg, Since i'm not american I forgot 4th of July! Yeah, it's when it started... Now makes sense.

The lag/freezes is exclusive to FFXIV, everything else works fine at those times... Even voice chats. If you are having computer freezes or others things are getting DCed, so it's a different problem.

I'm using WTFast now and it was better until today, I froze 2 times in a row with subsequent fast forwards in last boss of Sohm Al, wich made the fight a mess. I'd really like to get support from SQEX on that matter!

I'm having endless issues on Primal as well. Every time I enter a dungeon or raid, the game freezes up for a good 15-30 seconds at a time. Yes, that's right, 20-30 seconds. I miss several groups of mechanics at once. This has been happening for WEEKS!

Cactaur is a fucking mess too. Jesus Christ SE get your fucking servers in line. This is bullshit I expect after an expansion release, not 3 patches in. Been like this for WEEKS now.

Balmung here is terrible tried to do a dungeon twice and lagged out

My lag got too bad to deal with, shutting down. Took 5 seconds to pull up another player's info. Retainer kept freezing on me then erroring out. I first noticed lag spikes a few days ago but not like this. /AetherDC

2 hours for nothing during raid for this problems, pls SE do something D: I hope in the next maintenance you do something... because isn't funny give you my money for this D:

Still getting freezes. I got a hundred lost packets yesterday even with WTFast on.
