I'm just pointing out that the healer anima relic will likely have more piety, instead of the 88 points that you mentioned in a previous post.

I see, as I understood it with the buff to (whatever that MP skill is called for AST) that MP was really not an issue for ASTs any more though? The gear we have in Lore etc gives us a ridiculous amount of MP, so it just seemed weird to me. How much MP do you currently have?
I get healer stats are more personal choice than other roles, but I'd say they still have weights. For SCH I'd say, ACC > CRIT > SS > PIE > DET, where it is accuracy to cap, then CRIT ~0.3, SS 0.2, PIE 0.15, DET 0.1 or so. For AST, I would say CRIT >=SS, > ACC > PIE > DET, where I'd go for crit/ss as much as possible, and put in some accuracy in case I DPS. For the most part, both PIE and DET seem fairly worthless.
Anyway, to each their own.
I get very little opportunity in raids to dps on AST so accuracy is not really that high a priority for myself. When i do its usually Combust and Combust II then back to healing. Also i primarily do as many of the raises as possible when learning, so the extra mp helps there. And for dungeon runs, i am usually gravity spamming away. Its pushing me more towards piety spellspeed for ast. Either that or spellspeed crit. Det is something i have discounted. If i find myslf running on Nocturnal more, then it would probably be some combination of piety/crit/accuracy, as Nocturnal AST has a habit of draining MP more.
Also its not just for AST, although its my main i have all healer relics, and whm i would like extra piety on for its interaction with assize.
It's scaled with how piety melds work, since they give less in 3.0. It is unfortunate that you can't have piety be your main secondary stat, but you could max piety and max SS for example, and then remove your SS melds to add more piety throughout your build.
