To answer the OP: Yes, but only if it works for you alone. I don't want people loudly complaining that a certain DPS isn't pulling their weight because they aren't hitting the same numbers as someone else. I've already seen this happening with 3rd party parsers, so let's not give them any in-game excuses.

More people just replying that they don't want it, in the thread itself. I put it as the second post so people who didn't want it, could easily vote that. I just don't understand how 20~40 people can vote yes for a parser and yet only 3 people have voted no. There doesn't need to be an explanation, towards getting a parser or why not to add one.

*Perhaps "wrong" is the wrong word, if someone wants to play Ice Mage, that's their right. I have no issue with them doing that, I just have issue with carrying them. People are welcome to play the game however they want, but if you're going to play snakes and ladders differently to how I play it? Don't expect me to want to play with you... A reasonably optimized rotation is what most accept and expect, and a parser helps everyone achieve that... If there are people who still don't want to do that, then that's fine... I don't want to watch video guides before jumping into new content, so I don't. I also didn't burden other people by playing blind when everyone expects people to know the mechanics... Ignore the parser the same way I ignore MrHappy if you want to play differently... A personal parser really isn't open to abuse... -

Because a great many people are more prone to not buying a game or quitting than getting better at it if their playstyle is not supported. If people would actually bother to get better rather than quitting, difficulty settings would be just a waste of effort and consequently a rare sight.Quote:

It's basically telling everyone that they need to do every little skill in a very precise order or they're branded as useless. To be honest, it's not a pleasant thought that every single player has to become robotic in their actions to be considered good at their job. If this parser ever come to this game. The main thing to talk about in df is ur dps. Thats upsetting and annoyng imo.
