Yes you are. Your missing context. However it matters more to some people than others.

It's defintly better with context OP. I had to do the dungeon again with a FC because I was left behind when I was watching the cutscenes for the first time, don't really fault the people for running ahead though. I did think it was funny how my character who didn't do anything that first run was actually the savior taking all the credit from NPC's despite me being locked out of boss rooms and being lost. Fun times.
No luck since Friday. I've kept PF up in Gilgamesh for the times that I was on, but everyone seems to be caught up in Moogle craze. Maybe next week.
Edit: Two bites tonight. One of them asked me to pay gil for the run. I probably can't afford it.
I always help people who are seeking help to watch cutscenes, I can't believe some people have the nerve to ask gil for that.
Minutes after I started getting bitter about this...

It suddenly rained interest and I soon ended up with a FULL party. We watched the whole thing and sent Lahabrea back to Kingdom Hearts. We ran half of it synced. Totally worth it!
I thank you all for helping me out as well on these forums. I'd have decided compromise the experience if it weren't for your support. Onto Post-50 content for me.
Edit: Apparently not. There's still a lot of 50-stuff I'd like to do. A lot of them.
Castrum and Praetorium should've been designed like a raid in the sense that all encounters would require the involvement of everyone in the party, with added incentive to keep people coming back for more. I don't think 10-20 poetics is enough to have people wanting to come back.
Or you know, make it a solo-able instance from the get go.
Grats on finishing 2.0!
I'm glad you got to experience it properly. It's unfortunate that those dungeons have the issues that they have. Fortunately SE didn't repeat the mistake. You shouldn't have any other issues in the MSQ with watching cutscenes from now on.
There is a lot more story to go and it keeps getting better!
