Why are ranged using LB so much now?

It's a shame there isn't a place in-game where you could preview your character using each stage of their LB.

I know I could probably just go on YouTube but I'd love to see my character call in a Meteor, not someone else's.

3 times yesterday my DF group wiped on A8 because our party had low dps and the ranged kept using LB3 in the final stage so we couldn't clear before the auto kill.

the only time im able to use LB3 is when we are wiping and LB3 is charged..... so cool , *feel like Aioros* :3 ,other than that IS NEVER .....is sad that there are tons of LB and u only see 3.....99% of the time

Always use my lb3 in content where it doesn't matter regardless of what job i am.

To be honest, if your group had such low dps that you reach enrage in A8, unless the boss had a sliver of hp left I doubt the melee using the LB instead would have prevented a wipe

after i110 when everyone is overgeared the LB doesn't even need to be used on the tear but I see so many parties when get it in roulette still think that the only way to kill the tear is to LB it. I would say most people either 1: don't care or 2: don't know the strength of the LB/their own party.

I'd rather ranged use LB on single target then it go unused like 90% of the time. Really though, I don't understand why we don't use more AoE LB on trash packs - it's so much better than using single on the boss.
