They may have gotten in beforehand or when restrictions were not up. It's possible people ended up inviting bots too. Balmung as far as I know is one of the bigger servers. TBH I don't have an issue with the 100 limit, but I think if they're gonna be in there, they should at least be ready to contribute and not AFK :/.
It's kinda funny how there are so many posts about how this system is faulty. Yet those of us who were outspoken about this system were labeled gloom doomers. But look here, new players not being helped, mentors being unproven to teach, mentors complaining about 60 content that's not revelant for new players. Can't say how it's faired on Jenova since no one talks about it and have seen maybe 10 people with the crown. But if it's anything like you all say it is on other servers, Jenova is probably worst off.
On Leviathan, people are getting helped as soon as they ask. However, there are a few trolls here and there trolling the network either as mentors or as random non-novice sprouts. I think they're eventually removed or they leave of their own accord.
I got in it on Balmung and all of the sprouts were RP alts.
Some of them were actually trying to give the mentors advice instead. Lol
That is kind of expected of Balmung, lol.
