Don't forget that are full of proprietary hardware that is also "reasonably priced".
Hey man, all I said was that I like playing games, which OSX is clearly really good at since you have to run Windows to play the game. You're the one who started with the "negativity" by crying about PC elitists. I never once said you weren't allowed to own/like a Mac, I just don't because of the reason that I like gaming.
Let's just say I never tainted this wonderful thread with my "trolling" (protip: not everybody who disagrees with you on the internet is trolling), what would you have accomplished with the information? Maybe...20 people play the game on a Mac. So what? What does that information do for you? Prior to this thread, I had no idea you played on a Mac, nor did you know I played on a PC. I just saw people posting on the forums as Final Fantasy XIV players (well, mostly, lol). The information on what you access the game content is useless. Like I've said before, who cares? I don't care if you play on Mac, you shouldn't care that I play on PC. Computers are computers, yours just runs stuff differently than mine.
Sort of. I...see...you getting mad at this reply, because I don't agree with you.Quote:
What are you? Some psychic?
I also see the thread being locked.
I'm like Miss Cleo, only less sassy Jamaican woman, and more Roegadyn Gladiator! CALL ME NAAOOOOO FOR A FREE REEEEEEDIN'!
Don't get me wrong, I don't follow EVERY mac machine that gets released on market, so maybe what you said is true, but this was just released last year

Regardless, the thread is pointless and should be locked or closed.
Doctor! You are not alone. I play on my iMac. It took some tweaking of the settings to get optimal resultsd due to the high resolution of the 27" iMac but runs smoothly once this was done. I have had zero issues with most games running high-ultra settings on my Mac in Bootcamp. Heck some of them even play fine using Parallels virtualization now that the new version allows 1GB of virtual video memory.
I started playing beta 1 on a Macbook Pro, and now I play on a ..custom built Mac >.>
