Is there a macro combining Swiftcast and the summons so they appear instantly?

Just put both on your back-esque hotbar, where would keep protect. :O It helps I promise. Keep swiftcast in the same slot as your normal hotbar swift and place summon/summon II beside it.

can someone who has done raids help me with a good scholar rotation. The opener is easy enough, but when to use ED (i'm assuming as filler for double weaving spells) and knowing if i'm trying to keep all dots up vs letting some drop for timing sakes is rather confusing to me.
