As for da bulge, I'd much prefer a uniform increase over a slider. I'd think excluding that enhancement for lalafell males would be best.

One of the reasons I play roegadyn, actually, is that certain gear definitely gives the impression of a bulge, much moreso than any other male combination. They don't have to make it a big deal, either. Just adjust it so it is slightly more enhanced down there, and leave it at that.
