Minion Tournament is a joke

I think that they can choose who to play with. They just shouldn't be able to choose who they play with in a tournament. Tourneys should be random through the DF. Being able to pick your opponents just invites cheating. Will Random DF be perfect? Probably not. But it will be better than the current system.

System I propose is Tuesday-> Wednesday, you'll have to duty finder against 8 random people. The top 2 out of this group get to move on to next tier.
Thursday->Friday. The people who didn't make top 2 before get a consolation prize. The top 2 move on to fight the other people who made top 2. Play 8 games again, if you didn't make top 2 this time you can get a bonus consolation prize if you play another 8 matches. This will populate duty finder so people who have played their 8 yet can still find opponents.
Repeat until a handful are left. Say like top 16. Then you have to play a bracket match with them. It'll try to let you know when you're both online. If players refuse to play eachother, the one with the most points moves on, if the one with the most points tries to abuse this by not accepting, the other player sends you a duty challenge 3 times while not in afk mode. The person not accepting will instead be DQ.

Ok so now I need explication...

How this guy get 1 500 points ? That means he won 50 points EVERY WATCH he played ! And how it is possible if he won RP every victory ?

Why is it so wrong in so many level ?!

What ? That doesn't make any sense. Why my victory should not be "quality wins" ? A victory is a victory. I should have the same points than other people for my victory against low and high rank.

The problem with both the triple triad and the vermilion tournament is that you can challenge a specific player and that is the reason why we:

1: Has a point system so that high skilled players don't crush less skilled ones for easy points.

2: Why some people can use this to win trade with other players.

And the super easy way to fix this is to make every tournament match go thru the DF so players cant control who they battle and make every win give a fixed amount of points regardless of their opponents skill level or RP.

I Agree with you Devil, they should also do a DF for Triple Triad too.

that would be a good idea. though the point system also makes it difficult to have that fair. it would almost mean that whoever is first is pure the DF luck. seeying if you get put with someone very low in rank u get little points and when with someone around urs or higher u get the most point u can get. personally the whole point system needs a revamp aswell as adding that DF idea. kinda sad that no one from SE even replied
