Any word on what is causing a handful of us to lag?

Is it only me or connection got much more stable? (Orange Poland) Tho ping gained 100ms

My game has gotten much more stable since this past weekend. No real work done on my end either; contacted my ISP and they said there wasn't anything they could do about it because they could "find no outage" in my area (i.e. they had no clue what I was talking about). Can still be kind of touchy during prime time hours, but I can deal with that. Other players I've PUG'd with though have still complained about delays, however.
