If you could add anything to FFXIV and know it would be implemented, what would it be

A dodo mount!

Some sort of system where we can enhance and tweak skills

So, if we level cap a job, we can undertake a series of quests to perfect our skills and earn an enhanced skill trait?

Sounds great.

time trials and a server leaderboard for speedrunners, dungeon boss achievements for achievement hunters, end of dungeon review board(like the one in pvp)

A animation log where we can view every and all animations from skills, LB1-3 and even enemy and monster animations. And it can be from a book or something like the one in the inn.

FFXIV has such cool animations that you can easily miss during the heat of battle or some you may never ever see.

I hear ya! I really like glasses glamoured but it means no hats any more. Would be nice to perma the glasses and them just allow headgear over it when possible (i.e. not wearing masks or full helms).

Gear & weapons from all previous Square-Enix/Square-Soft titles (like Star Ocean & all the other FF games)... That or to have a weapon glamour of a Gunblade that works on MCH & PLD weapons (or just the class, I could be one of those range/melee hybrids we're its range attacks have to be from a specific min distance from target & its combos mix charging in for 1 close attack then hoping back out for a range shot... I mean come on if they can make Lightning do this in Dissidea then why not here? its like Dragoon's hopping with Mechanist's gun shooting... damn wrote to much & ranted a bit my bad)

Make the hunt log be more indepth like LoTRO.
More titles that are more grindy (Say kill 100k of one moster and you get some title like dragon slayer or OPO Opo slayer, maybe make it 1 million individual kills.)
Allow us to prestige meaning instead of gaining levels we attune ourselves to our job making it more powerful with the ability to tweak our skills and abilitys
More character customization (I would really love a bust slider ;)

Get rid of the raid timer and give us back big raids like Ulduar and ICC from world of warcraft. 10-15 boss mobs per raid with trash in between please. The raids we have now are....primal battles nothing more and not raids.

God gods sake make a way for us to view every set of armor n the game depending on our job!

Allow us to name and customize our weapons adding different glowing affects. My wifes Ilevel 200 staff glows but my Ilevel 200 ninja swords dont? Wth?

Maybe let us upgrade our weapons (Kinda like the relic quest but more in depth. Allow us to say absorb different monster traits/abilities into the weapons to give our weapons different colors and do maybe RNG bonus damage depending on the different things our weapons absorbed?)

Make our chosen god and birthday mean something in the game like it did in FF tactics?

Allow archers/bars to run around the map and not lose DPS (This was a stupid choice)

Allow classes to get to level 50 without being an a specific job. I want to be a full time archer (Ranger if you will), not a stupid bard. Give classes their own set of 30-60 abilities and titles and quests and stuff.

Make the MSQ OPTIONAL!! I know you are doing this in 4.0 and onwards but doing it now would be awesome for those who want to level alts fate grinding and not doing stupid quests.

A more in-depth character creation screen, preferably with sliders. Maybe include the ability to play as a mix-race character.
