What you are basically saying is that it is unfair that tanks (who are almost always in need) and healers (second most often in need) get the bonus they get for queuing up for a roulette of which they are in need?
And thus some other bonus should be given to the other players who are not strictly needed, but just happen to want a little something extra for ... what, waiting around?
This bonus exists.
It's called Duty Roulette and it's available to all players in each category once per day.

I'm leveling all my classes and having to do the AiN gives extra EXP for my classes below Lv60, despite how small it is, and I do use the Roulette almost every day and use my other classes I'm working on that's NOT the AiN. Right now I'm working on WHM as I got my NIN and PLD to 60 and doing AiN on top of the Roulette makes it go a little faster.
I'm just saying it would be nice if they revamp the system a bit. Like the AiN had different classes for it or rename it to "Role Bonus" or something and the first class in need gets more than triple the reward making it WORTH rolling that class for the Roulette and the second class get double the reward. Using the third class not listed (most likely DPS) they still get extra bonus for using the Roulette even when they're not AiN would make it more fair in a sense.
I don't mind that Tanks are in need and it's a once a day thing, but seeing it every day and always Tanks for the most part... I kinda wish the other classes got more of a fair chance of earning extra bonuses. Honestly the AiN does need some tweaking around a bit to make it better. I usually do it for tomes once I max out my classes, but as most said the rewards aren't really worth it.
I wonder what the Japanese players feel about AiN? Eh, probably doesn't bother them.

This may be the oddest and worst request I've seen in a while...
-
Want the bonus? Play the role in need.
Whats that? dont want to tank/heal? well, no one else does either, thats why its in need.
-
I've seen DPS in need before, usually in Trials or Main Scenario roulette. Honestly, I think it's fine how it is. Giving any further incentive for people to queue as DPS is basically just pouring more water into a glass that's already overflowing onto the counter.

I'm not sure exactly what to think. This is either the most naive or the most troll request I've seen in the forums for a while. If it's troll and you just wanted to bait people into responding, well done, because you got 4 pages worth of responses.
I'm going under the assumption that it's naive, and I would like to reiterate what most other posters have said and also further elaborate on some points.
The Adventurer in Need bonus is there to encourage people to play a certain class that is needed to ease up the queues of that particular roulette. I see no reason to advocate for a "you're using roulette as X class have some bonus too" type AiN. At best, it would be such a small bonus (since the AiN bonuses are highly negligible anyway and it would have to be less than the primary AiN bonus) that it wouldn't make a difference to the bigger picture (akin to asking for an extra 1 xp from every mob or so, sure it helps, but it begs the question as to why such an infinitesimal gain should be prioritized for implementation). At worst, if the bonus is substantial and is given to classes which are not in need, this would make the queue times even more bloated than they are currently for those classes.
There's a reason why Tanks are there non-stop. Its cos tanks are always needed.
You want the bonus? Like Nadirah said above, you play the class in need. You're not in need? No bonus. Sorry.

Adventurer in Need for DPS does honestly appear but more noticeable in the very early parts of the day. While according to SE's "consensus" Adv in need for Tanks and Healers jump back and forth because they are "balanced." But yeah, as mentioned earlier, it's base on who's queuing and what time of the day you're queuing.
-
The Adventurer in Need bonus is honestly pathetic anyways so just play the role you like. If they made the bonus actually worth a damn then I'd see some point in possibly giving it to another role.
However I think you're going about this the wrong way. They just need to make the bonus something substantial (say by doubling or tripling the amount of esoterics you get) in order to actually see the adventurer in need bonus change.

What he is asking for is a bonus for doing roulettes. I understands what Adventure in Need is and does not like it because the rewards are too small and it caters to the least played role. so in ADDITION to AiN, he wants to add another bonus to the roulette that gives bonuses (triple reward as he put it).
Understanding that, what he wants already exists. It's the normal once a day bonus. He just wants more of it and more often (more than once a day).

Ok. You seem to be struggling to understand the point of the AiN. It exists to lower queue times. The role chosen to be AiN is decided by what is NEEDED the most. The only way for DPS or Healers to be AiN would be if more people were Tanking and so Tanks weren't what was NEEDED to lower queue times. That is why its called... Adventurer in NEED.
I understand your frustration to some extent but trust me, as someone who has levelled most classes to 60, you will vastly prefer shorter queue times levelling a healer or dps than you will the rather tiny amount of EXP you would get.
