Healing help with a sch as a whm in a1s.

There's good advice here already, we also use either DRK+WAR or PLD+WAR and WAR always uses Holmgang on 1st and 3rd tankbuster. What's different for us is that we have our WHM heal the WAR while myself (SCH) heal the DRK/PLD (in general they need less healing and I can focus more on DPS).

Hi, I'm a SCH main and this is what I do after the jump:

Each boss will use Emergency Deployment - prepare for adds to come out and the resin bombs.
During resin bombs, move to the side, and Physick the tank to heal up the Royal Fount.
Cast Eye for an Eye on your tank once the resin bomb appears.
After the adds are killed your party should move towards the middle for AOE heals.
Swiftcast Succor and Indomimability the party. This is to heal everyone up before preys.
Preys go out - Adlo your tank and Adlo your prey target.
Cast a physick on your Prey target, Lustrate this person if necessary.
Physick and lustrate your tank.
Cast virus on your tank's boss.
Adlo and Stoneskin your tank.

At this point you'll have Virus, Adlo, and Stoneskin, and Eye for an Eye up for max mitigation and your tank will take minimal damage.

Interesting thoughts. I usually heal the pld tank since I also heal most of the aoes. I basically get one succor going into phase 2 and that's it.

At points I did a few obvious mistakes (physick in cleric stance says hello) but as you can see my healing is minimal. The closer we got to the end the more I started to heal harder (More adlos during prey) but that was just to minimize the odds for deaths. I seriously wanted the kill bad. I parsed, I think 466 DPS that run.

EDIT: As for the embrace macro I spam during DPS, it's just a simple <tt> macro. Could've also done <2> since that'd heal the second person in my list but I prefer <tt> since it's more universally.

Our Warrior uses Thrill of Battle and Vengeance on each tank buster and seems to survive fine. Virus and an adlo also helps but he never seems to require them, I've never seen him holmgang a tank buster either and that seems like a risky thing to do.

Another question for you wonderful people.

We've gotten to enrage a handful of times and we always ignore the adds in the final phase. This means I get some friends. I get mini'ed almost instantly and have to spam heal myself so I won't die. How do you guys handle this? When I'm not there to heal other people die. I've tired kiting the adds and that kinda seems to work. It at least gives me a few extra seconds but they often catch up pretty quick.

I could toss out a swift cast medica 2 after the phaser for the gunnary pod that follow (assuming I live that long). I'm guessing I should try and save tetra and bene for the final prey?
