Uh no, please no. If any good healer can heal with the 5 seconds delay on Cleric Stance dance why remove it? The delay is there for a reason, wich is to to punish players that activated it on the wrong moment just Like Gauss and Minuet have a 15 seconds delay on it.

Because automatically toggling it off when you cast a heal is infinitely more useful.

We aren't talking about the recast, were talking about that annoying time you toggle it off but it doesn't turn off. Most notorious when you click cleric stance rather than hotkey it.

Exactly. If I have a DRK/SMN/BLM team, and I have an enhanced RR effect, I'm not going to want to use a Spire on anyone when everyone is at full TP. If shuffle is on CD, I'll not be afraid to cancel the spire card to start the draw CD early. By then, shuffle will be off CD. If for some reason I drew another useless card, shuffled, and got the same card, ok. I'll try to find a use for it because I'll have gone on a little too long without playing a card.
