Best BLM burst is Scathe. Then Scathe again. Sharpcast SCATHE! It's amazing, you will kill all the things.
You could also pretend you're a tree and let the opposing team cast your 3 second spells at them undisturbed by line of sight or range. It's fantastic.

You are wasting sharpcast if you are putting it on scathe

Thunder loads of people, wait for a thundercloud proc, swiftcast Fire III, sharpcast Fire I, Phantom Dart, Fire III, Thunder III

Or just wait for thundercloud, phantom dart -> Thunder III -> sharpcast Thunder III

For blm if you want highest possible burst in one global , get one firestarter proc, precast raging strikes, get 3 stacks, use enochian, then shoot fire 4 -> firestarter proc + phantom dart combo. 3 stack is 80% more damage? then it is 504 potency + 432 potency + 180 potency = 1116 potency in one global. If you use phantom dart before combo it is 10% more sustained damage, but weaker burst damage 554 potency + 475 = 1029 potency. + enochian is 5% more damage and raging strikes 20%.

your effective potencies end up as 227 + 706 + 604 = 1537 over 5 ish seconds for a pre-fire phantom dart

Compare that to your (faster) version of 635 + 544 + 227 = 1406 over 2 ish seconds

For Ninja you probably can't Raiton a fleeing target so it's better to do Fuma Shuriken in most cases (much longer range).
