How do I bare it? Well, I guess step one is getting the pants off. Could be tricky if I've forgotten to remove my shoes. Then comes the shirt. Do I grab it by the collar and pull it up, or around the waist (which ends up flipping the shirt inside out)? I mean, there's any number of ways to bare it.
Doing the EX roulette gives at least 70, doing 8 Alex runs (2 for each floor in a pf group) gives 80, a single game of seize rock gives 20 (and you can do a lot of PVP with yer mates)
Often times I do my expert, help a friend of 2 with theirs, help others with Alex runs and then just PVP a bit, not hard to cap day 1 if you play PVP.
I rather just do roulette's and such every day so by Friday or the weekend i usually am capped.
Leveling → Trials → High Level → Expert.
Well what I do is I don't use my expert/frontlines roulettes on Monday and opt to use them Tuesday morning so I get 115 that morning. I then come home from work and do my roulettes again to get another 115 which puts me just over halfway to cap at 230. Put in 3 runs of all Alex floors nets me another 120 or so which puts me at 340 give or take by Wednesday/Thursday.
Just gotta keep in mind that daily reset doesn't coincide with the weekly tome/alex reset.
I run Fractal couple times a day. A clear now takes around 20 minutes with geared players with a tank in slaying. It's not that bad but it get's old pretty fast.
- Save your Monday's ex roulette, and use it on Tuesday after reset. So now you have 2 sets of roulette to do. (I wouldn't worry about trial roulette that much)
- Get in Alex normal floor 1-4 and grind til you got all the loots.
- After that, grind fractal/neverreap til you maxed out.
- While waiting for duty, you could also do the daily centurio mark hunt.
- As other has mention, you could also do frontline as well(can save the Monday's portion of frontline roulette)
That's what I did today since I will be away for a whole week since tomorrow, lol.
i dont try to cap in one day at all. Running the same two dungeons over so much makes me lose my mind. Too many other things for me to do.

I don't bear it either cause I have given up playing the game to do weekly caps. I'll do what I want at my own pace and if it means, I fall behind, I fall behind. And really right now the only reason to keep capping weekly is to be able to do Savage Alex better and I couldn't give 2 craps about Savage Alex. Getting the esoteric sets for looks is fun, but I'll just do that when esoterics don't have weekly caps.
It's not that bad if you do Duty Roulette as a Tank, you enter almost instantly and finish faster. I like capping my tomes as fast as possible, since I can focus on other stuff instead of running dungeons.
