why the dev hasn't respond

So either the forum devs didn't make a way for the community managers to sticky their stuff to the top of the forums or the community managers simply do not know how to do that. Communication issues like these should have been resolved in the first few weeks after release, not continue to persist for over two years.

Or people need to stop making stupid thread after stupid thread about the same subject.
This forum really needs some stricter rules like 1 thread per subject.

the other reason is make value point i start play wow back in vanilla for my exp when with wow the devs start listen to those who whined the most instead ask people think where they going say then post it. I believe it important for both positive feedback and negative feedback but i also feel that player who make to much negative feedback this end up be whine and complain about how feature doesn't meet your standards. a video games is like book when it come to story it must be good. i feel players don't take time both positive and contrust negative feedback aren't help they case any

no stop there, it's the community manager and moderator jobs to create sticky thread for centralized information. not the player to bump a subject for keep it high. it wasn't hard to create a sticky, that have link for each translate live letter or info bring by the dev to the community.... but you know what? it was done, before! it's not done anymore!

feedback is feedback, if they think they don't need to make a change they simply need to say it, it take what? 5 minute to do it and explain the reason. one more time it was done before and not anymore.

How many forums have you been on? There is idealism and then there is realism. Western forums get filled to the top with random threads no matter how well received the game. Star Citizen is a well loved project, but take a look at its forums. Nonsense threads pop up all the time, wasting space. Unlike SE, however, they sticky all their important announcements or put their feedback in a different sub forum.

i am not talking about well receiving at all.
I am talking about stricter rules.
Get a mod or 2 on the case that straight up closes every single thread that gets repeated and post a couple official ones instead.
I don't care that is not the "western way" but this forum is currently a gigantic mess.

I agree with silentwindfr and Fendred and Assirra, the community/forum managers should sticky important threads and direct people to one thread, locking repeats and moving threads to the correct forums. :B

It's not so much the "western way" to bash a game company incessantly on their own forums. There are plenty of forums for games and companies that are relatively positive or just boringly normal. "Putting out fires" is what community managers do and they take into consideration the consequences for doing certain actions. In the case of SE's English forums, posters are angry from a lack of response by the development team. Taking the kind of policing actions you are asking them to do would start more fires than put them out. It would look like SE issued a gag order on criticism of their game when blood is still running hot.

You know what, Live Letter is coming up soon and i'm sure there well be a Q&A session. Why not ask them why they don't reply to the NA/EU thread as much.
