There's a problem with uptime.
You can have Dark Dance 3 times more frequently, but if it doesn't proc on THE tankbuster, it's basically useless.
That's the same for the Evasion boost. If it procs, it's wonderful, but 20% is still far too low to be reliable.
I don't think many bosses can be blinded.
If they can, then yes, Dark Arts+Dark Passenger+Dark Arts+Dark Dance is a very powerful tool...that you still need to set up at least 5 seconds before the hit, eat almost half your MP pool, and requires Darkside too.

Huh? The above was the first post made after the one that was quoted. There were no subsequent posts in this thread, unless you meant previous and not subsequent. Subsequent means following or to come after as in "sub - below"+" sequent - in sequence".

It is 400 potency, -20% because your dealing less damage due to Grit. It also requires Dark Arts which cannot be spammed, and is much better used on other tools.
It is actually only a 320 potency heal doing the math (-20%).
Not to mention swords have less base damage then healer items. So its even less.
Soul Eater gives you little to no health compared to the Damage Mitigation by tools like -10% damage reduction.
What is better, healing for 500 once every 7 seconds, or fully mitigating 500 damage every time your hit? The awnser is simple.
Since at high end your never going to use Dark Arts for Soul Eater, I would rather it do something else besides heal. Or the heal modified to be a lot more and not require Dark Arts.
