PS4 troubles

I purchased from the PSN store and yes it seems its the FFXIV online package, not HW stand alone, even though I already had the game.
Looks like that might be part of my problem.

You'll have to wait until june 23rd then.

That makes no sense since HW registers for EA on mogstation and grants you the files on the ps4. Not saying you are wrong but if thats the case thats a serious mistake on SE.

On the PS4 cross menu bar (where you launch games), scroll to the ffxiv game picture like you are going to launch the game. Instead of pushing x, push down on the d pad, then push right on the d pad. This will bring you to a bunch of pictures and stuff about the game. scroll down past trophies, friends, and recent activities. as you go past recent activities you will hit view all, scroll down on d pad on more time. Under add ons, it should say "my add-ons" and there should be heavenward. push x, it will take you to another page with a little download arrow next to FFXIV HW. Push x on it and after about 5 seconds you will see "FFXIV HW added to downloads

Ty so much. I got the collectors edition and just downloaded the patch inside the game, didnt realized There was another file in PS4 (normally the download start all by itself

I am having the same quest accept/heavensward not installed or registered issue but on PC. Mog Station shows Heavensward CE is registered but I only got one patch of 4.3GB and no install for HW. Have tried relogging and changing game version to re-patch but nothing has worked. Now all my friends are unlocking and I can't do anything :(

They announced that the bundles won't have early access about two or three months ago.

I did all what was said to download the software and it says that I have early access in the mog station but it still shows heavensward unmarked without a O

I downloaded game twice on ps3 it work

Mines wasnt working either on ps4, then I closed it back out and re-entered and got to a license agreement, clicked it now "First time expansion set up" is running.

I'm also having a problem for the PS4 version of the game that's seperate from this. My issue is it won't even let me download the patch. Every time I try, it kicks me off and gives me an error code [20512] [20496]
