Its not good in my opinion either and the fact that se isn't saying anything about it just makes it worse.
No offense, but isn't this something you should take up with support?
If you haven't gotten any codes yet, then something is wrong for you and maybe some other players... SE won't go out officially saying anything about it.
I've got the first code. The code I speak of is for ps3/ps4 physical copy users. The one they get when they input their 1st code into the heavensward preorder website. Which is supposed to give you another code a 12digit one to input into psn that gives you the preorder bonuses of early access and the preorder items. Which is atm the website says pending and has been for awhile now. That is the code I need.
I remember reading that at the bottom of the ticket you got from gamestop that you should have a code to input into the pre-order site. THEN an email should come with the bonus items.
Otherwise, please go to their support page and input a ticket, they aren't going to come here and respond to something that is very personal and something that they might need your person information on. Hell, it could be gamestop that is causing the backup and not SE.
It's not Gamestops fault when the physical copy was purchased from the SE online store. It says that the codes are still pending on the registration website, with a approximated date of May 15th.
It's not May the 15th anymore. So now you know the issue.
I agree its not very personal cause the code I'm seeking is the one you get for early access.
