That's not blood, his eye just glows red. To me that scene just looked like an angry Nidhogg roaring.

It looks very clear like a wound.
Take a look on the other side. There is also such a cut, but not symmetric to this side. If it would be "normal" it should be symmetric. Thats not the case.
So Im sure yall have been over this but unless this accurate is inaccurate the info is but if it's true the white dragon from the trailers is indeed Nidhogg

It's not entirely far-fetched to think that the white dragon is Nidhogg, considering one of the artwork pieces does depict him missing an eye

lol kind of a gruesome thought, but what if this dragon is a messenger for Nidhogg? Thus, Nidhogg plucked his eye from him? Maybe he uses his messenger's eye to see where he is! XD I have no evidence to back any of this up, just interesting thoughts!
We already have a name for the white dragon, which is Hraesvelgr. Also, they simply don't show the other eye, but it's there because you can see it in the picture of all seven Celestial Dragons.
Nope, he's in the picture of the Celestial Dragons, so he's on the same level as Nidhogg.
