Why are you so mad? Does the issue of skin in a video game really cut deep for you? You should be introspective and ask why, the armor at the end of the day is their vision and an artists vision is an independent thing. The OPs response is a correct one, as an artist he articulated his own vision and all of them are valid.

My point, and why you hate my answer, is that people don't want to entertain the idea because they have gone completely partisan on the issue of skin in a video game. As if barely clothed catgirls have slighted them so bad nothing less than a strict adherence to absurd prudishness would satisfy them. I'm going to think you are one of these people because you are so utterly combative over what started as a simple point of tolerance, and please point out the hypocrisy in pointing out intolerance in people who are telling artists how to design their armor. Or people who call others 13 year olds as if men become complete stoics when they hit adulthood and no longer express interest in the female body. I am doing neither of these things, the only thing I'm intolerant about is the stupidity in criticizing how other people dress in a final fantasy game as if it has any bearing on what you do.

My absolute and simple position is that I don't think how they design their armor is an issue to treat seriously because it's a video game, its something you play to waste time, for the creator it's a product of their vision and it means nothing more than that.

I 100% support the comedy option. Please make it happen, SE.

If they make the DRK armor like that, I'll have to race change to a cat grill. Again.

Some of us females, including myself, really do like showing a bit of skin, the OP's edit is amazing.
As I said in another topic, I'd take either versions. I use to wear guy clothes myself so I have no hate for either.
Dragoon's armour just doesn't fit, I don't like the window just because it's so random. I think some people fear skin or something.
Teenage boys are different this day and age and a lot of you know it. There are so many men on this game above their adulthood that play females because they look better in armour.
I'm sure a lot of the players who DO wear more revealing gear are men. So spare us the 'Oooh teenage boy' story, they've gotten worse this generation.

YES to platekini! The tanks have too many cover-up armour so you guys can't complain. Give us tanks who want to show off our boobs some great platekini to use ffs. If you don't like it, just glamour yours to one of those hideous plate armour :P (like us who has always had to glamour our armour to something that is more revealing)

No, absolutely not. Not unless both genders get the exact same treatment. Tired of all these games with skimpy outfits for women and then the exact same one is full armor on the man. Equality or bust.
