...aaaaaaaand once again, it's the EU Store and the EU Store only. I'm not even surprised anymore. @.@ Hope there won't be any more surprises for us, like early access botched up or some such. :/

I was starting to get a little worried when I got a second mail~
I was kinda wondering what was going on when I received the 2nd code out of nowhere.
I have an early access code but no pre order code right now...

I printed out the early access codes from the red button on the right of the "My Profile" page on my Square Enix EU e-shop account after pre-ordering both 1 boxed CE and 1 digital CE (2 codes), and didn't realize I also received them by e-mail at the time (thanks to GMail burying it in the "promotions" inbox). In the meantime, I located the orignal e-mails, which match the codes I printed from the website, and sure enough, I got a new pair of e-mails today, with codes that don't match. I can't check my codes under my Square Enix Account profile anymore because the button's been replaced with a FFXV demo survey.
Guess that means I'm affected by this issue. Let's hope nothing goes wrong with the 3rd e-mail sending, and/or registration of the new NEW codes.

Please keep us informed when the new batch of e-mails have been sent out so we know which is which.
I can indeed, as I just received confirmation that our team is preparing to send them right now. You should receive the mail roughly within the next hour (usually faster, but it also depends on the mail provider) and should see the Early Access code in your Square Enix Account as soon as we start sending them. To check, just go to https://store.eu.square-enix.com, log into your account, and then click "My Profile" under "My Account". A link should appear on the right hand side, above "My Newsboard".
