People are missing the real question here.

What happens when you kill mobs in dungeons now?

Do they still say "You obtain 70 gil."? Because you don't...right?

So do you get a log spammed with "You obtain 0 gil."? or a message like when someone gets soldiery and is already capped? "You cannot obtain any more gil."

If that last one's the case, I feel that would make a good sig.

My guess is, on my server at least, most players are self sufficient. Why buy what you can make? My FC even has a notice on our website informing potential transferees that it is definitely a buyer's market here. >< Heck, we're cheaper even than Tonberry (haven't checked Masamune out).

TBH... This just scares me, more than anything. Especially considering how much needs to be invested to get just one crafter to 3 now 4 stars. The fact that there are people (or even just one person?) who could do this... yeah, frightening. Even with the whole "life must be different on NA servers" thing - though I'm not sure how, or if at all, those are different than the "EU" ones.

I only passed a total of 15mil a few weeks ago (still not even at 15.5), and the most I've paid for any one item (probably happened maybe twice) was like 120k - I don't think I've spent more than 5mil total. That all since launch, basically. Granted, all my crafters/gatherers max out at i50-something, because I refuse to do that soulless grind that is getting them any further.

So yeah, idk. I'd say congrats, but I'm actually terrified. Do forgive me please. @.@

The gil count rolls over and you end up with -999,999,929G. Shop NPCs won't even talk to you due to your huge debt.

9,999,999,999 in 1.0 money.

Whats the point of money, when its so ez to be self sufficient in this game. I mean seriously the ease of getting around the world to how quickly you can gather the meterials to make stuff. Even gathering classes once there 50, it takes like less than 30 minutes to get a full stack 99 of maats from those.

I just craft to help supply other people in this game. I help keep the market board stocked. I just gather everything myself to.

Edit: Well come to think of it I don't have a house yet. Could get one of those so I can garden with these seeds I've gatherd, have TONS of those...
