Is it too much to ask for minimal mistakes in farm runs?

It's solo-tankable, yes, but I have yet to encounter a PF farm group that can actually successfully single-tank it. Most groups I've run with prefer to have two tanks just because Ramuh is a fight where there's a high probability of something going wrong. If one tank dies in a two-tank run, the other one takes over. If one tank dies in a solo-tank run... well, let's just say that I've had to tank Ramuh before as a DRG.
