That's actually good news to me. Hopefully I will have enough time to get T12 and 13 down in coil. Not being able to find a stable static is rough.

A lot of issues with that though. That's the time between major patches, but there's things in-between. We don't just hop from 2.4->2.5, which is essentially what this is (2.5 Part Two->3.0 being 3 months and all). We have 2.41, then 2.45 to fill the gaps. New Recipes, Questlines, even things like Golden Saucer, or Hunts, Relic Stages, etc etc get released in patches like that. Having 3 months of literally nothing at all other than bug/hotfixes sounds like a not-so-good thing, unless you're catching up I guess.
Plus, the bigger issue is just that they've been pushing this idea of, "We want you to not have to wait too long after 2.5 Part Two to start playing the expansion. We want you to be able to jump in as soon as possible, so the 2.x ending will be fresh." 3 months isn't exactly what I'd consider 'keeping it fresh'.
It's just an expectations thing. If, during Fanfest, they had just teased a 'Summer 2015' window for Heavensward, they could have pleased people (like me) today, instead of having a slight bit of disappointment.
It's completely fine if they have to add 3 more months to the "wait" time if it means keeping it polished. We do NOT want another Assassin's Creed: Unity.
SCH AF plz lol
So we're supposed to sustain ourselves on....what exactly? Savage? Fishing achievements? Craft luminaries....lvl 20 choco ( oh the hell ).....
The question I have is if I buy a single copy, will the expansion work with both the PS4 and PC versions I have, or will it be for only one of the two?
I'm not complaining. I'd rather them take their time and put out a great expansion, which is what this is looking to be. Gives me time to finish leveling up my NIN and then getting it's Zeta, as well as just generally prepping for the launch. Also will give me some time to level my crafting classes and get some money before the expansion drops.
You missed something
