1) Damn, that's rude of them.
2) Bray is hard. And I mean -hard- especially for tanks and healers. I still dread having to go through it.

Advice:

- Be a paladin when doing 30+ content.
- Don't forget your oath.
- Update your gear. This doesn't always require money. They are levequests that reward gear; even if they are normal-quality only, it's still better than way-outdated gear. I once went through a Level 40 duty with a paladin who only had level 20 equips. He kept dying and then I was kicked out because I was "not DPSing fast enough to remove mobs from him". Pretty sure I could tank those mobs better than him what with my updated gear, but I didn't have aggro-holding skills.
- Dodge. Try to anticipate attacks and dodge them as they are casted.

as mentioned keep your gears uptodate especially at earlier levels, brayflox is the first real hurdle with new players especially the last boss the dungeons will just keep getting harder after brayflox do your class quests every 5 levels to unlock the sword/shield oath as soon as possible. keep an eye on the mob skills the more you do the same dungeon the more familiar you get with the mob skills and can predict when to use what defensive buffs, when you have done enough tanking it becomes second nature and you can even browse youtube or something while tanking!
