my FC house is @ #5 plot of Lavender Beds, there are teleport spot market board and retainer bell 2-6 steps away from my fence. Also, there are 2-3 very active FC around me (usually I'm the only one alive in FC). So, they hang out @ my front door or jumping at my yard a lot. There are always people around my house. ^^
I was very lucky to have lots friendly neighbors.
I feed and stalk them a lot too...
Did you know that if you build up LB on striking dummies in your FC yard while in an eight man party, you can then run over and caster limit break on your neighbor's house? It doesn't do anything, of course, but it sure looks amazing.
In all seriousness, when we bought our FC house, we planned ahead with another FC that we regularly ally with so that we would have homes near each other. It is nice that they are nearby.

I went into my house and found this little taru afk on my bed. I was like.. :confused: (Note this was New Years).
Logged in the next day... they were still there!!?!!??!!?
I think I was crafting upstairs when they came up much later. They party hard.
I think it was the next day and there were even more of them in my bed lol So yeah, there was a party in my bed and I wasn't invited :( But they are very cool.
One of my neighbors took a liking at griefing me with /slap spam whenever he'd see me nearby. This apparently is due to the fact that when we first met and the emote had just been released, he tested it on me and I asked to please not slap me without legit reason. He has continued since :/
One neighbor is a waterfall, it is quite pleasing. :)
the other is a large yellow house called the banana manor run by one of if not the biggest freecompany on my server. They are pretty polite neighbors, I don't mind them at all.
When my boyfriend and I bought our FC house, we planned ahead and bought most of the block with a bunch of friends. We are right above the retainer bell and market boards in The Goblet, so we have managed to make friends with the people down the street from us, and I helped the FC next to us with their gardening. Most interesting thing I've ever done is help a male lala look more like a girl.... I guess I did a good job, he told me later that he actually confused quite a few people after I was done with him...
Our neighbors have always been really nice. Though our closest neighbors I haven't seen in quite a while, I wonder if they had FC drama. There are some empty rooms in their house, perhaps some members left or even transferred away.
Mist plot 19-21 (my FC on plot 21) become sibling thanks to the wedding system lol.
My FC is always out in the yard or up by the summoning bell/marketboard. We're in Mist Ward 4 Plot 20. One of our former neighbors is an awesome fc that I love everyone I've ever met of them and they helped my husband with T6-8. Currently we hang out with another FC and a lot us are friends with a lot of them and have run coil and gone to each others' weddings.
My personal house is in a subdivision of the Lavender Beds. I've never seen anyone by the marketboard or summoning bell, though I am there less than at the FC house. I have one neighbor but their house is private and I never see them. The other plot next to me is still open. But I love my plot because I can jump over the fence and hang out behind a big rock and watch the waterfall. (It's plot 59, seriously, go check out behind it if you haven't. It's gorgeous.) However I did have one time where I laid on the bed and went afk, when I came back there was someone I didn't know in the bed naked next to me. I got a great screenshot and a good laugh. I friended him too.
I live in a small house on Ragnarok, Mist sub division 6, house 40. I only really have a neighbour on one side, but there's a market board+retainer+aethernet right outside my place so I see my neighbour a lot. He's a good guy and we chat a little and I'm always patting and feeding his nutkin. His wedding was to a beautiful lady just the other night and I made sure I slept during the day so I wouldn't miss it and I made them presents and dyed them true black and metallic blue as per their preferences for such colours.
At first I was angry at myself for grabbing the house I did. The servers had just gone live after subdivisions had been introduced and I was badly thrown off by the rotated map and I got the "wrong" house in my rush before more people got on. I also didn't know that there was no way to get any of your money back on a house otherwise I would've sold it back and gotten the house I'd meant to once I understood the "new" layout of the map. I'm very glad that I am where I am though and I very much like my neighbour and his wife ^_^
