I wish we could have a 'personal fc' type deal, where we can give guess access or moving items perms to people on our friendslist or in a certain group. Not creating a FC entirely for your friends, since friends often have different interests (rping, pve, pvp, etc) and may want to be in a guild tailored more to their playstyle, but also be able to share their personal houses.
I really hope it is /not/ just to the bonded partner. The subdivisions and new wards are already terribly underpopulated due to the amount of personal housing. If every person who owned a house was able to invite 100 people to share their personal house (A bit less than a FC), these wards would become much more populated and social, and not feel like a ghost town.
At this point I would really prefer the housing to be personally instanced, since then I would know it was just supposed to be me/who I invited over, and not this ghost town that feels like the server is dead (which it is not) and is a bit eerie o.o
