helping bard with playing Army's Paeon

I just keep an eye on my TP and my invigorate. If it looks like my TP is running low (around 300-400) and my invigorate is on cooldown, I'm assuming the Monk and Dragoon's TP must be as well.

dragoons have much higher tp costs than bards and monks have a skill speed buff on Grease lightning 3 meaning they run into severe TP issues so your 300-400 with invig on cooldown might actually be 100-200 for drg and mnks at which point you would need to battle voice paeon.

Turn 10 and 11 are TP intensive. 10 is a very strict dps check too. If your melee users run out of TP, you're screwed.
