I'm going to try keep this short today:
Jayzan - I like the overall feel of the shot. The dim lighting is quite effective in bringing out the 'dinner date with friends' scenario you were going with. However I feel that it would have been better if the shot was zoomed in more to remove the unnecessary background, and if it was taken from the opposite side of the table so that we can see your face.
Maxwell - The shot is well-balanced and well-framed. You've also done well to appear prominent in the shot but still look as if you are interacting with the children. This is a great shot and my only real criticism is that you could have had more expression (a smile or something like that).
Tinsley - I like the whole 'newbie arcanist waiting in line for admission' scenario you've gone with; the pose does help with this effect (study hard Tinsley :p). The background isn't entirely interesting, but it does give a good sense of environment (queues are drab at the best of times). However i feel the shot could have been less side-on (i.e. see a bit more of your front) or panned around a bit more to emphasise the 'queue' aspect of the shot.

Why I didn't vote for the others:
Ciara - This certainly is a bombardment of colour... I felt as if there were too many different, bright colours that are visually jarring. I feel that this could have been improved if there were some more dark contrasts (perhaps a night shot?). However your pose (as usual) is on point and I do like the bombs in the foreground as they help give the shot layers.
Kurri - H'naanza and her "ugh, peasant" look *laughs internally*. The scenario you've gone with is unique (Yay failed synths!) but a number of the other elements I'm not a fan of - the major one being the background, which just feels 'there' and doesn't really enhance the shot.

Maxwell - This is a REALLY good picture. You kinda look like one of the kids playing in the background. I guess having some fun before you set out for your first adventure!
Ciara - It looks like your at a festival or something! Maybe a celebration before you go off into the world, and people are wishing you good luck! xD
Tinsley - LOL. I love this...Hmm, maybe you're new To Limsa and waiting in line for some guidance xD or a ticket! And the book can be your guide or learning your class/job!

Kurri - This was really really funny, but I dunno something doesn't seem right...Maybe this fits more into "I've failed..." type of category. I almost picked this.
Jayzan - I couldn't tell who you were at first...It'll be better if I could see your face.

Tinsley: Very nice angle, you captured a scene with reading the book, looks like something from a movie~
Ciara: Very well done shot, how you look back really brings out the "model" pose, the lighting is good and the angle is great.
Maxwell: Good shot overall, simple yet effective use of the tree stumps to make it a well rounded pic.

These were some good pictures this week, I really had to nitpick to pick my top 3.
My top 3
1. Kurri: Love the expression and that you're telling a story. You used your class to the fullest.
2. Jayzan: I love that you're telling a story here. I only wish I could see more of you (or at least more of your face).
3. Tinsley: Love your angels and your pose. Could use more expression though.
The others
4. Maxwell: I had a really hard time picking between this and Tinsley's. My critique is that I wish that we were closer to you. The empty space to the right of you isn't needed and could have been cropped out.
5. Ciara: You're isn't bad but I didn't feel like it was up there with the rest this week. I think the lighting on your face is way too strong and I would have liked to see some rule of thirds come into play.
