Hey Derv,
Yeah, a server first/3.0 progression team is something we would like to do. However, its not something that we can easily whip up out of fairy dust. So at this point we're waiting till we come across the right individuals with the mentality to do something like this. But no time frame, or guarantee that we could get it going before 3.0. We are recruiting for it now, but yeah, not sure on the length it may take.
Currently, we have 5 teams, with 2 being formed. So we're still pretty much in the standard approach.
