Red Mage

Imo I always imagined ranger would add in a few casting timed heavy dd shots, or even a ranger mode (adds draw string time, adds damage, adds range). FFXI probably ruined part of that expectation though, I don't think I'd really care if it didn't happen- that's just my minor expectation.
Viking as a marauder dps job.
Samurai as a lancer tanking job.
Anything magic related (dancer, blue mage, red mage, geomancer, necromancer, etc.). I agree that there needs to be more equality in the number of war jobs vs. magic jobs. Soon it will be 6 war jobs (paladin, warrior, dragoon, bard, monk, ninja) compared to 3.5 magic (white mage, black mage, smn/sch).
Gardening. They could spread the patches of gardening All accross eorzea so we plant different things.
BST- IF they can design pet UI better then current for smn
BLU -always a fav of mine
DoM:
Green Mage (Healer focused on buffs/debuffs rather than raw healing)
Elementalist
DoW:
Trickster (ranged DPS, uses cards and debuffs)
Templar (Tank)
Assassin
DoL:
Beastmaster/Sheperd
So they implement "charge" bar for all of the ranger's skills then. forcing them to stand still outside of using the Running Shot and Sniper Sight skill. That balances things out right? I mean come on, Bard is a JOKE as it stands. As many other players have pointed out in the forums, Bard has one useful song and every single other is purely situational and almost never used. And don't even get me started on wondering what the hell possessed SE to give Bard(A DPS CLASS)the "Healers" Limit break...
Well, we can argue about it all day but there's already a thread for that right here
I'd like to play anything as a beastman race. I know they have red mages with all their en- magic.
Disciple of hand: Spellsmith, create consumables that you morph into creatures, glamours for caster abilities (example change ruin II, into Lightning's Ruin ability), create consumables that can give proc affects to players (example, damage proc to weapons, heal procs to armor).
