My money is on a way to change the stats that are on a completed Novus being the thing added in 2,38 as there was mention of it being added at a later date.

I finally threw my damn Artemis Zenith now into my retainer next to the 3 ATMAs I got. And it's ironic how much time I've spent running dungeons for friends who needed it for their book, or dropped a queue to do an Alexandrite map, is anyone else in that club? The irony is people are spending their time getting a stronger weapon but you can't find a group that wants to learn to clear EX content designed for i90 weapons. At least I got my UAT and Weathered Rosenbogen cause some really bad/lazy bards (no Foe Requiem or Ballad cause it doesn't help THEIR DPS) now I have to suffer through hunts so I have a stronger weapon for content I'm not able to find a group for. The grinders got past the ATMA gate; that same crowd got hunts handed to them and easy gear upgrades to i110 while my main class has 3 left side i90 items because of sucky stats on the Soldiery version, which a new player can buy for 20 seals from 1 battle; as for the people with experience already I saw multiple party finders to SELL EX Primals and T5, and there are no parties from people new to them and it's because no one joins, which is why people are able to sell these runs in the first place. To me that would feel like paying people a grand each to come to my house for a party, and if I wasn't depressed enough already the experience of clearing through a purchased run would definitely send me back to Whitebrim for another jump off the tower to see if I can finally go below that pesky 1 HP remaining.
If the Hunt fates spawned more often and the ATMA drop was greater perhaps there would be a chance, but at this point even if they did increase it, it's probably too late. -
