I don't think you can this cycle since you were in cycle 1. Rongi said that cycle 1 participants can't join cycle 2, but they can in cycle 3.

Yeah, he told me in game because I had asked if we could participate again. But he wants to give new people a chance for cycle 2. But at least we can cheer new people on and also try again in cycle 3. ^_^
