and the sense of disappointment that you used to get in FFXI for getting to the very end and wiping time and time again will be there as well...and it will lead to more suicides..

Yea the ogre and his buddy's are beastly. Funny thing about it though, he is really close to the start of the second map, There is a ton of room left over in there. we did manage to get to him at around 36 min in. But that run was damn near flawless we skipped a lot of mobs and luckaly no one said hi to Mr sauron mcboomface
Did the run three times tonight had a freaking blast every time. even got some nifty loot out of the chests hidden away in the corners and dead ends. Cant wait to get in there again
HAhaha guess then there is something seriously wrong with those people that wanna suicide over a game :D
Just let people squirm a little longer to complete this dungeon. It shouldnt be complete by the majority of people 8 hours after the patch...
This is one of the few interesting things we can do it for the upcoming month(s)....
Some of us really hope that someone is cool enough to post a strat. Some people are gods of the game I get it, but for those of us that are not (like me we can use the help) Even with strat help we still would have to actually get the kill ourselves.
Thing is after a couple attempts at him a strat should be easy to formulate, Just make sure to have a post face rolling "So what the hell happened there" pow wow. Heck we even managed to do pretty well on our last run tonight... well this morning. Even if the rest of the run was full of hilarity and ko's.
Big tip, Don't some how manage to agro two groups of those damned moles at the same time.. tends not to work out that well.
I dont go AFK in uldah... but what do you think is better?
1: Seeing someone AFK with awesome items, and thinking "omg I wanna have that item as well, I should try out the new content make my own strategies and when i finally get that item (days/weeks or months) I feel a sense of accomplishment.
Even having some fun while playing
or
2: seeing someone in the uldah with an item, thinking "ohhhh i wanna have it as well", getting it handed out on a silver platter after 1 day of work... Then bitching on the forums again how easy the dungeon is.
Dont get me wrong, I dont mind strats from other people, I wont be able to stop it. But seriously, should everybody know how to defeat everything in a "difficult" dungeon, after only 8 freakin hours??? How can this benefit the game and it reputation. The mentality nowadays of wanting every piece of gear without using any effort in getting it just stuns me
ok one little bit for helping with Captain Elbowdrop. Float like a butterfly, Sting like a bee.
